We have a small workshop with two technicians, who are both fully qualified Mercedes and Bosch diagnostic level technicians, with full ATA accreditation. Being small means we don’t have the large overheads and running costs of a main dealership and our technicians are not subject to the pressures to through-put more and more work in less and less time with the resultant suffering to quality of work.

Whilst obviously still being efficient, our technicians have the interest and time to genuinely take more care of your Mercedes. In addition to this our labour rate of £59.50 is almost half the average main dealer rate.

We also have the best diagnostic equipment, dedicated purely for Mercedes which gives us dealership level diagnostic capabilities. Due to new EU regulations we can now service brand new Mercedes within the first three years without invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty.

We provide a free courtesy car and a knowledgeable member of staff is always at the end of the phone for advice and queries.
